Charlotte Rogers - Chairperson

Charlotte has a child in Year 2 at Cromer Road and is a class rep. She has a background in primary teaching including school leadership. 

Charlotte is aware of the budget pressures schools are under and is keen to help raise funds to help Cromer Road fund wonderful experiences for all as well as to pay for vital resources. Charlotte is keen to promote the CRSA through the use of social media.

James Francis - Treasurer

James has daughters in Year 1 and Year 3. He is an Actuary by trade

James has volunteered for the CRSA because he loves spreadsheets and has too much free time. Also supporting the school and stuff.

Aarti Gangaramani - Secretary

Aarti has a son who has recently joined Reception. 

She is a lawyer and has worked in the legal sector for over 15 years. 

Aarti is committed to supporting the children and parents of the school through the CRSA. She values the opportunity to make a difference to the learning experiences of the children as well as strengthening the school community.

Natalie Steiner - Parent Trustee

Natalie has a child in year 3 at Cromer Road. She was a primary school teacher for 12 years and is now working as a Project Manager outside of education. 

She was the CRSA treasurer for 3 years and supported fundraising efforts during that time. She enjoys volunteering because she likes the team community and knowing she is contributing to help Cromer Road run interesting trips, offer experiences and pay for vital resources.

Nazlee Sinclair - Deputy Head Teacher

Tiro Ovakporie - Volunteer Co-IT Support

Tiro is a mum of four, including twin boys in Year 5. She works in data protection and has a background in technology, which she enjoys using to find simple, practical solutions to everyday challenges.

She joined the CRSA to lend a hand with the tech side of things and be more involved in school life.

When she’s not working or juggling family life, she enjoys long walks, good music and a little peace and quiet!

Alisa Prudtskikh - Volunteer Co-IT Support

Alisa has a child in Year 1. She has  moved to UK from Latvia 4 years ago together with family and needed to left her job as Software Engineer. 

Alisa loves the opportunity to be a volunteer in her child school, as she can see from the inside the impact of what CRSA is doing. She believes that her IT skills can be really useful and can help in CRSA work and really enjoys to be part of a team.

Liz Shah - Volunteer Uniform Recycling Manager

Liz has children in year 6 and 4 and is also a class rep. She was a civil servant for 18 years before taking a career break.

Liz enjoys volunteering for the school because she knows how valuable it is for the children and parents to have access to better and more enriching resources, equipment and activities.

Sam Bayley - Volunteer Artwork Manager

As a parent of a child in Year 1, Sam is keen to support the school’s fundraising efforts and help create fun, enriching opportunities for all the children. 

With a background as a dance teacher, dance school owner and former PA, Sam bring creativity, organisation and a passion for bringing people together to support a great cause.

Georgina Francis - Volunteer Deputy Treasurer

Georgina has daughters in Year 1 and Year 3. She is a Chartered Accountant. 

She as volunteered for the CRSA, to support the school community and help all students have access to memorable experiences and opportunities that enhance their learning journey at Cromer Road.
