Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Cromer Road School Association (CRSA), which will be held online at 7.30pm on Wednesday 30th September 2026.

This years AGM is particularly important as all current Committee members, with the exception of

Charlotte Rogers (Co-Chair), will be stepping down at the AGM. Charlotte has confirmed her

intention to stand for re-election, however all other Committee positions will need to be filled in

order for the CRSA to continue operating and supporting the school community.

The CRSA plays a vital role in enriching school life for our children, organising events, building

community spirit, and raising funds that directly benefit the school. We warmly encourage parents

and carers to consider becoming involved and helping shape the CRSA’s future.

All parents and staff are automatically members of the CRSA and are invited to attend the AGM. This

is an opportunity to hear how the funds raised over the past year have been used to benefit the

children at our school, review the work of the association, and elect the Committee for the

forthcoming year.

Nominations are invited for anyone wishing to stand as an Officer or Ordinary Committee Member

for the first time. In accordance with our constitution, members of the Executive Committee are

elected for a one-year term. Existing Committee members seeking re-election do not need to be nominated again.

As the CRSA is a registered charity, all Committee members automatically become Trustees of the
